The American Bar Association (ABA) is hosting an online webinar about the Major League Baseball antitrust exemption.
The exemption has come under scrutiny by courts and Capitol Hill. One issue is, if the exemption remains, should it be narrowed?
The webinar will be Oct. 14 at 12 p.m. and last 90 minutes. Speakers will include Erica Weisgerber, Jeffrey Jacobovitz, Jeffrey Kessler, Lori Taubman and Stephen Ross.
