Sports Analytics Conference: April 12-13

The Penn State Center for the Study of Sports in Society hosted the Penn State Sports Analytics Conference on the University Park campus on April 12-13, 2018. The conference’s introductory remarks were made by John Urschel, who played college football at Penn State, where he earned his B.S. and M.A. in mathematics. He played three years in the NFL before retiring and is currently a doctoral candidate in applied mathematics at MIT.
